Package Securely
Place the item in its original protective packaging, including all calibration certificates, manuals, and accessories, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Ship to Service Center
Send the package via a tracked and insured carrier to our central inspection facility to ensure the precision instruments are protected during transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition and calibration integrity, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
